According to the Music Modernization Act that was recently unanimously passed by Congress and signed into law, there is a new Music Licensing Collective being created.
Nominations are currently open for the songwriter members of this Collective, and are being considered by the Songwriter MLC Selection Committee consisting of: Steve Bogard (NSAI), Lynn Gillespie Chater (SGA), Dallas Davidson (BMI), Chris DeStefano (NSAI), Bob DiPero (BMI), Dan Foliart (ASCAP), Adam Gorgoni (SONA), Michele Lewis (SONA) and Paul Williams (ASCAP).
